"I bought my first bike from chuck H. in 1992. I all ways heard harley's leaked oil and were allways broke down. not by experiance! I Bought a used 87'sportster in 1991. rode it a year, love the feel and the rumble. sold it for more than i paid for it.Bought a 1992 heritage,road it untill the kids and house came along.then longing for the feel and rumble, i bought a 2003 100th heritage from El cajon harley.the in 2006 i moved up to a 2006 road king in 2006 from El cajon harley.Rode it year and unfortunately I hit a sand storm and it was totaled.so this time I rented a street glide and then a electric glide. i was in heaven!ordered and got a 2008 electric glide classic. "wow" what a motorcycle! note: In all purchases, el cajon harley gave me the best deal and treated me like king. When i went to the other harley dealers, they would not give me the time of day! I would not go any where else to buy a a harley motorcycle! thanks ECHD for being there when i needed you, paul p."

Jeff, Rob and Jill made the entire transaction a true joy. Jill very patiently answered all our (my wife and mine) questions and made the finance a piece of cake. "I have wanted a Harley for years. I've visited all of the dealerships in the San Diego area. I found El Cajon Harley to be by far the best. They treated like I was family from the start. I bought a 2008 FXSTC. What a great machine. Two weeks after the sale I go into the store and they greet me by name! "Mike how's the bike"! "Where have you been riding"! These people care about the product and the customer, not just a sale. Tod, Jeff, and Janet - what a team. I've never been treated so well. I wish these guys worked for me! You can go to other dealerships, but nobody will treat you or your bike better then these guys. One last thing, on my Birthday I didn't get a phone call from my two brothers, but I did from "El Cajon Harley". We need more people in the world like these guys."

"I drink a lot of coffee at the dealership, but finally put down that coffee cup and "yellow-tagged" the new '08 FLSTSB Crossbones on Feb. 7 and had the deal done on Feb. 8. This is a pretty special motorcycle. I'm a multi-brand cycle owner (20+ bikes over the years.) This new Harley pretty much eclipses them all. My first springer; gives a different ride than the traditional forks. That, with the "sprung solo seat" of the 'Bones, gives a very cushy all-day kind of ride. Lean angle is just fine for a bike of this class; the 'boards will gently touch down if you get 'er over enough. The new 96B motor is fabulous with spot-on fuel injection. Fit and finish of this machine is first class/world class.
My dealership experience is five stars; Eric, Jeff, Tod and the whole team will treat any buyer, whether returning or a new customer, with courtesy and respect. You won't feel rushed here, like at some other dealerships. By the way, I had a major service on my '02 FXDX Dyna there last week and the job was well done; bike was also washed and detailed. A recurring front brake problem was fixed. Two independent shops could not solve this problem, but ECHD was able to. Dealership is highly recommended. I wanted to ask if the "picture plaques" are still being sent out? I have one for the '02 Dyna...

"We, my wife Delilah and I, feel we were lucky to find El Cajon H-D. She was interested in a unique motorcycle that was flashy but useable and I was interested in getting some custom installation work done. She bought a FXDSE. I had my 1999 TLE sidecar installed on a FLHTCUSE. My wife was thrilled with her Screaming Eagle and I was thankful and appreciative of a very capable and professional team that installed my sidecar. I know it was a tedious job restoring my old sidecar to make it acceptable to install on a 2007 Screaming Eagle Ultra, but Paul and Matt made it happen. Just ask anyone at the Chilli cook-off what they thought of the rig.
We're from Florida, but the next time we decide to buy a new motorcycle, or if we need some major accessory or work done we will be at El Cajon Harley's door."

All were professional, respectful, and were just a pleasure to do business with.Truly enjoyable experience.

"I've been a customer of Chuck's and El Cajon Harley since 1972; bought 5 motorcycles over that time period. Many accessories, engine parts and innumberable Tee Shirts. Some of my bikes were serviced in the 70's at ECHD even though I lived in Mission Beach. The service department is still my first choice when it comes to areas out of my ability.
The sales department is known for thoroughness, honest and follow through...their job is to make it easy to own a Harley.
The parts department is led by Cliff, whose encyclopedic knowledge never fails to amaze me, Bryon, Derrick, and Don are friendly and knowledgeable as well.

"I recently purchased my '07 Ultra Classic from El Cajon HD. Manager Eric Diaz has assembled a terrific staff. My bike was on time, as ordered, ready to go. The price was fair and exactly what I expected to pay. Jeff and Jill can answer any question you might have about your purchase. Cliff and everyone in the Parts/accessories Department is knowledgeable about any modifications or changes you might be thinking about. My bike has been serviced 3 times. It has always been clean, running perfectly and ready when promised. Thank you Gracie and Matt. Somehow, Tina, Kim, Janet and Delia in the Motorclothes Department always seem to know your wife's size in everything, and what her preferences are (in case you just remembered it is her birthday, your anniversary, etc.) They are the best! Although very competitive with other dealerships I'm sure, you get the feeling that this is a small town business. Everyone here knows your name and remembers it. "I've bought two new bikes in the past 12 months, moving quickly from an 07 Sportster 1200 Custom to an 07 Electra-Glide Standard. Happy with my purchase of sportster and Quite satisfied with experience of my purchase of the E-Glide. Have found the staff to be helpful, considerate, not pushy, and they answered my dumb questions in a straight-forward manner. Parts has been really helpful and patient. Service has been magnificent in both Service and Upgrades. Overall, a friendly store with an obvious interest in retaining its customer base. "My name is Joe Maresh, my wife and I were the people who drove away from your dealership on the 9th of this month with the two Vivid Black Street Bobs. We were in San Diego to go on a Cruise to Mexico and journeyed to El Cajon to buy some Tee Shirts. As we were entering the store, I saw an 07 Street Bob parked outside. As we entered, Corey came up and asked if there was anything he could do for us. I asked him what the out the door price was on the Bob out side. His reply was that the tagged price was the out the door price. I had priced the same bike here in Vegas and their price was no where close to yours. I asked Corey if he could print me out a quote and he said no problem. Upon returning to Vegas after the trip, I took your quote to both dealerships in the area and asked if they could meet it. Their answer was that they couldn't even come close, and they didn't seem interested in trying. I had bought two 2003 100th Anniversary Sportsters from these people, plus had all of the services and extensive work done there; but that did not seem to have any bearing on the situation. That made up my mind, I sold the Sportsters and called Corey to put a deposit on the Bobs. I can honestly say that the way your dealership does business and not the price was the primary reason that we walked into your store to buy Tee Shirts and two months later drove away with two 07 Dynas. It was also the primary reason that we had all of the extra work done by you and not at the dealership here after we got the bikes home (unfortunately its too far to drive to get the services done there). Corey is an excellent asset to your dealership. He kept us informed every step of the way, and everytime I asked him if something else could be done, his answer was always the same, sure-no problem. I was a resident of San Diego for 31 years before relocating to Las Vegas, our daughter still lives in Alpine. She is the Service Manager at Mossy Ford, and she commented more than once on the fact that she had never seen anyone with the level of customer service that she observed at your dealership. She was with us when we closed the deal and picked up the bikes. You can count on the fact that whenever anyone asks where we got our bikes or we overhear someone talking about buying a bike, your dealership will be brought up and why we made the trip to buy from you."

"I recently purchased a 2007 streetglide from you guys. I have to say that prior to, during and after the sale your staff was by far the best group I have dealt with throughout my many Harley / chopper purchases. First off, your sales manager was able to get me a great deal on the bike going through the military purchase program. Secondly, upon initial inspection of the bike I guess your techs found a tiny nick on the front fender. I would have never noticed it. Anyway, about a week after I got the bike I received a call from your folks saying the new fender was in. I didn't even know there was a fender on order. A lot of dealerships would have not ordered it until the buyer noticed the nick and requested a new fender. The new fender is now on the bike. And lastly, yesterday I received the picture/plaque from you guys with a pic of my bike, VIN, and my name on it. Very cool!!! The Marine Corps emblem was a super nice touch. Most dealerships send a thank you card, if anything. In closing I would just like to say, thanks for making my purchase fast, easy and stress free. Keep up the good work.
